Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data NaturaPeak collects, why, and what rights you have. It covers the editorial NaturaPeak site (naturapeak.com) and the producer landing pages we host under /lp/. Cash-on-delivery (COD) landing pages that post to a partner's platform carry their own per-market notice and are described separately below.

Who is responsible for your data

NaturaPeak ("NaturaPeak," "we," "us") operates this site and is the party responsible (the "controller") for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@naturapeak.com.

What we collect, and why

1. Newsletter signup. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and the content category of the page where you subscribed. We use this only to send the newsletter you asked for.

• Legal basis (GDPR/UK GDPR): your consent, given when you submit the form and confirm your subscription.

2. Messages you send us. If you contact us, we receive whatever information you choose to include (such as your email address and the content of your message), used only to respond.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps taken at your request.

3. Technical and server-log data. Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs that include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. These logs exist for security, abuse prevention, and basic operation of the site.

4. Affiliate click identifiers. When you click a link to a product, the destination URL may carry a click identifier (and similar parameters) that the affiliate network uses to attribute a possible sale to NaturaPeak. These identifiers are passed to the affiliate network; we use them only to be credited for referrals.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in being compensated for referrals. This does not require storing personal data on our side.

We do not collect or store payment card details. Purchases happen on the producer's or seller's own website.

No tracking cookies, no analytics

• NaturaPeak does not run web analytics, session recording, heatmaps, or behavioral tracking of any kind.
• We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there is therefore no cookie consent banner. Only cookies strictly necessary for basic site function may be used.

Cash-on-delivery (COD) landing pages

• On COD landing pages, the order form posts directly to the partner's platform. NaturaPeak does not receive, retain, or store the data you enter into those forms; it is processed by the partner under the partner's own privacy notice, shown on that page.

Third parties we rely on

Third party	Role
MailerLite	Email service provider that delivers the newsletter and manages the double opt-in confirmation. Receives your email address as a processor.
Affiliate networks (e.g., BuyGoods/MaxWeb, Everflow, and others)	Receive click identifiers to attribute referrals and, if you buy, operate the seller's checkout. They act as independent controllers for the purchase.
Hostinger	Hosting provider (VPS) that runs the site and keeps the server logs described above, as a processor.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it except as needed to provide the services above.

International transfers

NaturaPeak serves visitors in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The providers listed above may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses offered by the provider).

How long we keep data

• Newsletter: we keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Subscriptions are stored with MailerLite and also kept in a local backup file on our server (subscribers.json); both are removed when you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Server logs: retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then rotated or deleted in the ordinary course.
• Messages: kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights. To exercise any of them, email contact@naturapeak.com — we will verify your request and respond within the timeframe your law requires.

• EU / UK (GDPR, UK GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (for the newsletter, use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email). You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know what we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
• Canada (PIPEDA): access to your personal information and the ability to challenge its accuracy, and to withdraw consent.
• Australia (Privacy Act / APPs): access to and correction of your personal information, and the ability to raise a concern about how it is handled.

The simplest path for every request is the same: unsubscribe from any email for the newsletter, or email contact@naturapeak.com for access, correction, or deletion of anything we hold.

We do not sell or share for advertising

NaturaPeak does not sell your personal data and does not share it for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We run no ad or analytics trackers on the site.

Children

The site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes and effective date

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect is the one posted here, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
